"Console In Golden Wood With Crossbow Facade Louis XV Period"
Console in gilded wood with richly carved Louis XV period crossbow front. The uprights decorated with sculpted flowers with strong relief. The upper rail is decorated with an openwork exploded pomegranate with acanthus leaves and crosspieces. The sides are also richly carved, slightly openwork. The sculpture is also very nervous and pronounced, with acanthus leaves and leaves.
The spacer is decorated with a double openwork shell decorated with acanthus leaves and daisies. The console rests on two rolled-up legs ending in little hoofs.
Peach blossom marble with old corbin beak, cut and may have been brought back but it follows perfectly the shapes of the console crosspiece and looks perfect.
