Elegant Louis XV Style Black Desk

Elegant Louis XV style desk table opening with 3 scrolled drawers on the front. The central drawer is decorated with an imposing openwork keyhole in gilded bronze in the center of which is a key allowing you to operate the lock. The other two drawers, on either side, are equipped with drop handles fixed on the front by large openwork rosettes in gilded bronze. The other three sides of the belt are decorated with rocaille motifs in gilded bronze. This desk rests on 4 nicely arched legs finished with gilded bronze goat hooves. The whole is topped with a tray covered with a red Moroccan, new, gilded also small irons with central motif and 4 corners. Late 19th/early 20th century period.
