"Small Louis XVI Cylinder Desk, Mahogany, Napoleon III Period"
On the front it opens to a cylinder with handles, a drawer below and two smaller ones at the top. The interior is furnished with small drawers, boxes and a sliding writing desk, covered in blue velvet. On the entire piece of furniture, beautiful workmanship, in gilded brass, sticks in the reserves and half cylinders in the fluted parts. The foundations are in oak. It rests on four 'sheath' legs, cylindrical and fluted, ending in bronze shoes. Louis XVI spirit for this Napoleon III period desk, in good original condition.
