Dagger in the spirit of Mameluke weapons, 1st Empire period, 19th century. Curved blade with two edges and 1 central edge on one side and flat on the other side. Melon-cut pommel topped on the cap of the riveting button. Brass handle with grooved vertical lengths. Marking stamped on the heel of the handle, Roman numerals: XVII. Leather scabbard with brass trim, missing button. The sale price takes into account the condition of the scabbard.
