Object description :

"Candle Stick, Gilded Wood, Provence Early 18th Century."

The barrel, with several "constrictions", is decorated with 'falling' and 'rising' acanthus leaves. It is topped with a round candle holder tray, fitted with its metal “spike”. The tripod base, with scrolls, has three sides decorated with scrolls and three 'bouquets' of olive leaves. Louis XIV Provençal work, in good original condition.
