Carlo Follini (Domodossola, August 24, 1848 - Pegli, February 25, 1938) was an Italian painter.
In 1883 he exhibited fifteen studies from life in Rome. He painted Abbeveratoio alpino, now preserved at the National Gallery of Modern Art in Rome.Considered one of Fontanesi's prized pupils, for his sprezzatura and the strength and energy of his coloring in his studies from nature. He taught at the Accademia Albertina, where among his students was Romolo Ubertalli.
