Circa 1750 France Caraco or soft body in French fault brocade with brown background, Louis XV period. Non-boned camisole called negligee, small basques with fart-in-the-air, three-quarter elbow sleeves adorned with a salmon silk ribbon. Unbleached linen lining (slight yellowing). Silk faille (manufactured in Lyon or Tours) with large bouquets and braids with trimmings tassels, the cut of which respects the ordering of the seams. Intended to be worn on a rigid body or with a stomach piece. Very slight depigmentation of the brown fault, but unmodified object and silk without damage. Good condition of color and conservation. Dimensions: height 55 cm, shoulders 35 cm, sleeves 41 cm, chest 84 cm, waist 71 cm.
