Extremely rare painting representing the famous EDDYSTONE lighthouse in the county of DEVON on the English coast, in superb color rendered by the Belgian artist specializing in marine life, father of Auguste MUSIN himself, HE PARTICIPATED THROUGHOUT HIS CAREER IN MANY EXHIBITIONS both in Europe and in America from 1840. Mil was raised by François BOSSUET. RECEIVED several honorable medals and awards. Museums: Bristol, Brussels Museum of Fine Arts, Courtrai, Nice, Reims, Ostend, Sheffield, Nice etc. Our work is signed lower right on its original canvas and with its original channel frame also in perfect condition, on the back on the frame a label certifying that it is an authentic work by the artist handwritten by his hand and located.
