Bronze sculpture representing a young spinner holding a song sheet in her hand, by Maurice Constant Favre 1875–1919.
On the circular base we find a cartridge bearing the words: the song of the spinner by M'ce C't Favre 2nd medal at the show.
Remarkable work with the finely crafted patterns of the dress and headdress as well as the execution of the draping of the dress.
We find the MC Favre signature for the French sculptor Maurice Constant Favre.
