"Bronze Love Signed Daniel Around 1920"
Beautiful expression for this putto in gilded bronze, well positioned with its bow and its quiver filled with arrows, a small gesture expressing annoyance, would it have missed its target.... It is supported on a black marble base, total height 28 cm . Charming sculpture signed on the back Daniel, a female artist who had her workshop in Saint Etienne, she is a member of the Société des Artisres Français and exhibited at the salon from 1920 to 1924 (see Benezit).
