"Minton Porcelain Tea Cup (1st Manufacture 1810-1815)"
Minton porcelain tea cup, (first manufactured 1810, 1815). In search of a porcelain with the same qualities as those of hard porcelain, English porcelain makers created "bone china", bone porcelain (approximately 50% sheep bones). The hand-painted decoration is most often a copy of those of the Compagnie des Indes. It frequently happens that one of the 2 pieces is not signed, which is the case here, the main thing being that the decor is identical.
