Very pretty portrait of a smiling young woman carrying a sheaf of wheat and some wild flowers, with a tumultuous sky as a background highlighting the vibrant colors of the foreground. This work is not signed and dates from the 19th century. This pastel was originally perfectly framed, a space was created between the glass and the subject in order to preserve it as much as possible. Total height: 75 cm total width: 65 cm View height: 58 cm view width: 48 cm The gilded leaf frame has small gaps.
