Study attributed to Emile FRIANT for the painting presented in 1919 called "The Lioness". Oil on superfine canvas fixed on a frame (and not on a stretcher) having already supported another canvas, pentiments visible under infrared, no underlying drawing, no mark visible in infrared and ultraviolet.
