Watercolor on paper by the painter FRANZ VERVLOET measuring 21 × 15 cm with frame 38 x 32 cm, GOOD CONDITIONFRANZ VERVOLET Painter (Malines 1795 - Venice 1872). He painted city views and church interiors. From 1822 he lived in Italy, and was painter to the king of Naples. Works in the Brussels museum and in the S. Martino museum in Naples. His brother Joannes Josephus (1790-1869) was also a painter.
