"Gold Candy Box, Master Goldsmith Jean Baptiste Louis Rousseau"
Round shaped candy box in 20 carat gold. The lid streaked with concentric lines is bordered by a frieze of foliage in light relief on the top alternating with small vertical lines. Same motif on the sides of a frieze of scrolls alternating with palmettes. The base is identical to the lid, its sides are chiseled with parallel lines topped with a garland of diamonds and squares in the neoclassical taste.
