Superb lacquered painting in low relief on wood presenting a naked Nubian woman in an oasis landscape with jewelry in a seated position holding a branch with bananas and a basket of dates with mountains and a village in the background. Signature lower right H.Votier lacquer decorator. Origin France period 1940-1950 Large format of good quality polychromy of blues, greens and gold. Careful work on the character with a beautiful expression. 'the panel is in good general condition, we will note scratches but above all a spacing of the wood in the middle which can be restored by dismantling the frame. Length 125cm height 90cm thickness 4cm
