"Compagnie Des Indes Porcelain Milk Pot Creamer Dating From The 18th Century"
Compagnie des Indes creamer in slightly gray porcelain in a classic shape dating from the 18th century. The decor of red/orange flowers and blue foliage is sober in the Kakiemon style (Korean decor). The beak is pointed and the neck is surrounded by a blue frieze.
All the blues are underglaze while the flowers have been repainted and on the orange, the heart of the flowers has been decorated in gold. A hair on the bottom should be noted (see photos).
This milk jug does not come with its lid.
