Flintlock table lighter pistol, 18th century. Iron chest and walnut burl handle. Drawer chest with side door on the left side for closing a compartment for storing tinder and on the front a combustion chamber. Trigger without trigger guard. At the lower end of the front case there is a small bipod to place the lighter on the table. Flintlock bearing at the height of the blade an extension acting as a 3rd leg for stability on the table. It is the sparks from the flint that set the tinder on fire. Turntable mechanism in working order. In its original juice and patina. Length: 14.5 cm Height: 9.5 cm up to the flint screw.
