Good condition - without frame
Student of Henri Harpignies and Denis Bergeret, he exhibited at the Salon of French artists of which he was a member. In 1929, the painting La halle, Le Faouët (Morbihan), received an honorable mention in 1888 and obtained a bronze medal at the Universal Exhibition of 1889. He is known for his urban landscapes of Paris and his still lifes of flowers . He was buried on February 2, 1934 at the Père-Lachaise Cemetery.
