Beautiful framed gouache by the Orientalist artist Oscar Spielmann (1901-1974) representing the gardens of the Palais Massena opposite the Palace Negresco in Nice on the Côte d'Azur. Oscar Spielmann was a student at the School of Decorative Arts in Vienna then at the Fine Arts in Prague under the direction of Karl Krattner. He won the Prix de Rome from the Czech government. framed 59 x 64 cm
