"18th Century Italian Provincial Marquetry Cabinet On Stand"
A North Italian provincial 18th century richly decorated marquetry and inlay oak and walnut cabinet. Molded cornice above an arrangement of twenty oak lined drawers surrounding the two doors depicting Italianate villages and architectural landscapes. The cabinet features geometric designs created by the positioning and orientation of different species of woods. The cabinet raised on a newly made iron stand. Superb original color and patina. Keys with working locks. Stand is 97cm high.
