Elegant 20th century Italian Louis XVI style bureau. Furniture finely inlaid with floral motifs, spirals, cornucopias and mythological figures in walnut, rosewood, maple, burl, palisander and fruitwood. In fact, in the central doors we find the depiction of the Goddess of dawn Aurora on a chariot pulled by winged horses as she announces the arrival of the morning. Sideboard of beautiful quality and size, ideal for placing in a large living room or study. Furniture supported by four solid legs in the shape of an inverted pyramid, also inlaid. Bureau of considerable capacity and service equipped with a large external drawer, two central doors, two lateral ones, a drain inside which we find four other small drawers and a central door. Central doors of the cabinet which offer a large compartment inside for spirits and glasses (see photo). Locks not working, to be checked. It has small lacks of the veneer and some signs of aging (see photos). Structurally sound and in a beautiful patina, overall in a fair state of conservation.
