Albert GENTA (1901-1989) was the Parisian painter of the female nude par excellence, in his own works but also in illustration and the press.
In March 1941, he exhibited at the Salon des indépendants with a nude entitled "Femme endormie".
He is also the author of many books, such as Le dessin enseigné par l'exemple (1949).
