Dagger "black Forest" Solingen

This dagger is  a known model. The symbolism of the hilt which represents an eagle's claw encircling the world is quite clear. Historically, in the 1930s these daggers were initially manufactured by Carl Schlieper in Solingen, as well as Othello. They were intended to promote the ideology of the time..
. After the end of the 2nd World War, the model which was very successful was taken up under the neutral name of "BLACK FOREST", this is the case of the one I propose. The particularity of this one is that it is in absolutely impeccable condition, without any trace of wear or scratches.
 BLADE: single-edged, thick back, counter-edged on the last 6 centimeters near the tip. BLACK FOREST SOLINGEN marking
Blade length = 15.9 cm, width near the guard 2.3 cm, thickness near the guard 4.8 mm Original leather tie present.
GUARD:  aluminum with upset quillons
HILT :  aluminum, twisted, the pommel represents an eagle's claw holding the world.
SCABBARD : brown leather. Nickel silver end of scabbard, attachment system in perfect condition. Marking on the back "MADE IN GERMANY" which would place us before the separation of Germany into 2 states (October 1949)
If this type of dagger is found from time to time, it is exceptional to find a model in such good condition.
