Very beautiful patina for this rare top of a perch paddle collected on the banks of the Sepik River in Papua New Guinea. The shape of the leaf is typical of the "perch paddle", which allows the canoe to be pushed without its end remaining stuck in the muddy bottom of the river. Wood and white paint. Sold mounted on a base. Approx. 206 x 15 cm / €350 base and shipping costs included.
