1st World War 1914/18 - SOUVENIR of the 1st HUSSARDS Inkwell pen holder "Rider jumping a hedge" - cast in regula with original patina after the sculpture by Louis MALESPINA* Weight approximately 900 grams - base 15 x 10 cm - height approximately 14.5 cm, Good general condition, small alteration of the patina. Missing the ink receptacle. * Louis Ferdinand MELESPINE known as MALESPINA born June 21, 1874 in Saint Nicolas de Port and died August 16, 1949 in Paris, French painter, illustrator and sculptor. His works were part of the artistic competitions for the 1928 and 1932 Summer Olympics.
