"The Effort Ganu Gantcheff Bulgarian Sculptor In Paris "
Superb bronze with dark green patina. Ganu Gantcheff was a Bulgarian sculptor who developed his career in Paris at least from the twenties of the last century, the dates of birth and death being unknown. He is known for chrysoelephantine pieces for the Arthur Goldscheider factory, as well as his participation in the Société des Artistes Français de Paris with the work "Pudique". This sculpture full of movement and strength represents with great success the myth of Sisyphus under the aesthetics of Art Deco. The sculpture has a small stamp with the bronze mark.
