Satsuma ceramic vase finely painted and glazed with great attention to detail. The surface of the vase is divided into two main reserves, each of which features elaborate scenes and decorations.The upper preserve is adorned with intricate floral patterns and birds in flight, painted with a polychrome palette that captures the beauty of nature.
In the lower reserve, the vase depicts geishas dressed to the nines, with detailed kimonos displaying rich pattern and color. In the background, cherry blossoms add a touch of seasonal beauty, with their pink flowers symbolizing spring and rebirth.
Taizan signature imprinted in the ceramic.
