Italian painting from the first half of the 20th century. Oil artwork on pressed wooden board depicting a landscape in Macchiaiolo style, Sunset in the countryside of good pictorial quality. Painting that develops horizontally, a material framework characterized by intense colours. Non-coeval frame in carved and gilded wood with canvas passe-partout which has some small marks (see photo). Artwork signed F. Rontini on the bottom right (see photo) referable to the famous painter Ferruccio Rontini (1893-1964), lacking authentication. Painting of beautiful size and proportion, it can be easily placed in different parts of the house, for antique dealers, interior designers and collectors. In good condition. Sight size H 41 x W 61 cm.
