Galien-Laloue is famous for his views of Paris evoking exactly the atmosphere of Paris in 1900. He also painted numerous landscapes, notably of Normandy and Seine-et-Marne, under his name or under the pseudonym Léon Dupuy, Eugène Galiany or Jacques Liévin.
