Tournai soft porcelain creamer with blue and gold oak leaf decoration. The body is decorated on the upper edge with a large blue lace on which is placed a gold oak leaf garland. The lower edge is highlighted with a gold border. The handle is empire shaped and covered in gold. The lid is also decorated with a wide blue lace on which is placed a gold oak leaf garland.
