"Paire d'Aquarelles Gouachées Signées René Vincent "Le Départ Et Le Retour De l'Ambusqué" 1915"
Pair of Gouache Watercolors signed René Vincent (1879-1936), and dated 1915. They are entitled "The Departure of the Ambusqué" and "The Return of the Ambusqué". As their name suggests, they depict scenes before and after an ambush, not without a hitch.... They are framed with red stained wooden sticks. Good general condition.
