Old Baroque Mirror, In Wood And Gold Leaf

Interesting Baroque mirror, made of wood, gilded with gold leaf, and painted to imitate marble. The upper part features a carved and scalloped arch with imprints, covered with gold leaf that resembles a Tudor arch more than a barrel arch. It ends with a kind of capitals with very artistically carved brackets. The sides are decorated with carved garlands, and their edges are finished with hand painting imitating marble.
In very good condition. Early 20th century.
