We present for sale this portrait of a lady in a blue coat by Philippe Deschamps (Paris 1760-Falaise around 1795). Pastel on paper inscribed on the back "May 10, 1787 by Deschamps de Falaise", in a Louis XVI period frame in carved wood measuring 54 x 46 (at sight). Holes, gaps, re-gilded. This work would need to be removed because impurities have crept in behind the glass. (E24)
