Zograscope Fruit Wood, Simple Model Late 18th Century

A beautiful object, complete and original, without any transformation, skeleton fromfruit wood, large round turned base, baluster leg with adjustable height by wooden screw, The optical device: a 13cm biconvex magnifying glass, is held by 3 pilasters of turned wood, tiltable and removable. This magnifying glass is held by a wooden clip, which is a little incomplete. The second shutter, tiltable 45° by a pivoting copper rod, is held by two wooden pivots, is a silver mirror, framed in molded fruit wood, with a chipped back.
Good general condition, except for the silvering of mirror, which has suffered from its two centuries of neglect, and which should be changed.
