"Monumental Cast Iron Vase -jj Ducel - 19th Century"
Important cast iron basin with puttos, signed JJ Ducel in Paris. It appears in the catalog under the reference 234. Pretty gray patina, it measures 95 cm wide and 60 cm high, Small gaps noted on the puttos, small hole on the body of one of them and missing one hand over the other. An old repair took place on the interior bottom of the tank, the latter being barely visible on the exterior side. The whole thing exudes something monumental, and will undoubtedly constitute a centerpiece in an interior as in a park.
