Touching silvered bronze seal representing a love or putto.

The seal rests on a round base forming a matrix, coded RM.
Love is standing, one leg supported, the other bent. He has a quiver at his side, one hand folded towards his face, the second along his body. His face is turned towards the ground, his cheeks are round, his hair is abundant.
He is absolutely charming and very chubby.

The sculpture work is of excellent quality with careful cold recovery.
The silvering is thick and of very good quality.

It is most likely a French work, from the second half of the 19th century.
