"China - Great Servant - Ming Dynasty"
Glazed terracotta statuette called sancai, representing a servant standing on a hexagonal base in a resting position. He wears a long green coat belted at the waist and is wearing a boiled wool cap, his left hand on his chest . The head is removable. Very pretty green shades of iridescence. Dimensions: Height: 40 cm; width: 11cm. Origin: China. Period: Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) Condition: Good general condition apart from some lack of polychromy and enamel due to the age of time.
