Glass sculpture signed Amalric Walter (1870-1959) Rare subject in glass paste representing a sparrow Made for the Daum crystal factory Signature on the base Almaric Walter is an art nouveau artist who invented the glass paste process. He will inspire Emile Gallé and other glass artists of this period Circa 1900 Measurements: 11 x 10 x 7 cm. In good general condition (base broken and firmly restored, small gaps in the bird's legs, see photos)
