Sober and elegant pair of gilded and patinated bronze candlesticks circa 1800 attributed to Claude GALLE. The barrel or frustoconical stem described according to the inventories as having the shape of a plain quiver. The round base rises in the center to receive the barrel which has two plain rings or lists. The upper part is decorated with three rosettes simulating a binet. The bobeches are smooth.
