Oak System Desk Table, Maison Ebuco-raclem – 1950

System table-desk in solid oak and veneer stamped Ebuco-Raclem. This multifunctional piece of furniture features a modular top with a miter-cut frame. These two flaps rest independently on wooden compasses, themselves fixed to axes reinforced on each side by a plate and brass cabochons. In the center of the top, a lid offers two storage boxes. The surface-mounted feet are held in place by tightening screws. This base is joined by a spacer shelf.
