Silvered bronze mirror from the Han period (206 BC - 220 AD) The back side of the mirror is decorated with inscriptions and geometric patterns. The socket is shaped like a half-sphere, pierced and filed in the center. These mirrors were signs of power and wealth in ancient times up to Japan.
