Physics Demonstration Object Spring Balance

Signed Berlin SW, Ferdinand Ernecke, circa 1900, brass, glass, metal. Physics device for body mechanics, small scale to measure the value of a force. A coil spring is housed in a glass tube, by applying weight to the upper cup, the spring changes. The manufacturer's plate reads: "Hoflieferant Sr. Maj. d. deutschen Kaisers", manufacturer and supplier of the Kaisers. Good condition, small scratches on the base.
