- Very good condition of the shagreen box, some stains, traces of oxidation on the steel blade, mother-of-pearl handle in good condition (a tiny pearl missing), faded velvet
- A pair of knives of travel with a silver blade for one and steel for the other. The mother-of-pearl handles ending with a decoration of palmettes and pearls. Gold ferrules. They are contained in a green shagreen case lined with red velvet.
- Hallmarks (on the silver blade): goldsmith: JC with a key, undetermined; guarantee: a lictor's bundle, small guarantee for the money, Paris, 1809-1819.
