Fantastic Empire silver-gilt lidded bowl from Paris, circa 1825. Master Quentin Baschelet. Guarantee mark Paris 1819-1838.Bowl with fully gilded lid with swan-shaped handles in fine cast iron. Empire ornamentation on relief surfaces.
Height: 13.5 cm, total width measured above the handles: 19 cm. Diameter of upper bowl: 14.3 cm.
Weight: 586 g
Minimal wear to the gold, otherwise very well preserved.
