Individual container for drinking generally hot liquids. The cup has a vertical side handle in the shape of an earlobe. It is cylindrical in shape with a flat bottom resting on a slight heel. Its matching saucer also has a flat bottom resting on a slight heel and a high sloping edge. The name "litron" cup was given by the Vincennes Manufacture around 1752. It was inspired by the mug to create this model. Cups and saucers appeared in series from the beginning of the 18th century. White background with polychrome and gold decoration of barbel flowers alternated with parsley leaves. Garlands of foliage, wolf teeth and gold nets on the borders.
