Ocher Langres stone coping
Period 15th - 16th century, Circa 1450/1550
Model with cut sides common at that time Perfect condition.
Very beautiful patina.
Stone worn just enough..
Traces on one side of the use of this hard stone to sharpen the blades.
Piece to be installed on a large square step in Burgundy paving in order to highlight it in the middle of an open space.
This will prevent, given its weight, from anchoring it in the ground over time.
