"Pair Of Porcelain Plates Manufacture Impériale De Sèvres Napoleon And Joséphine"
Pair of Manufacture Impériale De Sèvres 1st Empire porcelain plates representing Emperor Napoleon and Empress Joséphine to be restored.The empire green colored tower is decorated in gold with a laurel branch as well as an N at the top and a bow at the bottom. In the center are Napoleon on one plate and Josephine on the other. The two plates are signed David Sèvres in the decoration.
On the reverse is the mark of the Manufacture Impériale de Sèvres in red.
Joséphine's plate has a chip at the top left 12mm by 4mm. The Napoleon plate is in two parts. Old traces of glue are visible in the photos. These two plates need to be restored.
