Rare large vase in solid silver in the Louis XVI style. It takes a neoclassical shape with an ovoid profile decorated with gadroons and rows of pearls. Period late 19th century - early 20th century. It bears the Minerva 1st Title hallmark (950/1000 silver alloy) and the goldsmith's hallmark of Louis Coignet, a good quality goldsmith active between 1893 and 1928.
