Oil on wood signed lower right around 1950; Pitchpin frame Dimensions outside frame 33 Self-taught, he is the son of the painter Emile Mortier. He painted the landscapes and people of Egypt where he lived for a time as well as the views of Morocco and Algeria where he traveled. Works at the Dunkirk museum.
